The Smart 216, also available with 32 ports - Smart 232, is a high-performance KVM switch enabling multi-user access, control and management of multiple servers. It allows two users to control up to 16 mixed-platform (PS/2 & USB) servers. It also provide seamless power control via RPS.

The Smart 216 is a thin 1U sized, rack-mountable device that saves critical space in crowded server room environments. It features Minicom KVM over CAT5 technology that directly connects the switch to each computer in the server room via a RICC/ROC dongle, eliminating cable clutter and extending the distance between server and switch up to 30m/100ft.
