Fiber HDMI Video Extender consists of a Local Unit and a Remote Unit allowing users to extend the video signal up to 2,000 meters away from a video source with only a single fiber optics cable. The HDMI digital display can be optimized up to the maximum resolution of Full HD (1920 x 1080) / WUXGA (1920 x 1200) / UXGA (1600 x 1200), and audio display is compatible in HDMI linking. The Fiber Video Extender has been common used in applications that require greater distance, high speed transmission, real-time high video resolution, security, and noise immunity. It is economical and scalable design for growth-oriented enterprises.
The Video Extender over Fiber Optics provide serial ports on both the Local and Remote Units, which can be connected to serial terminal and serial devices for real-time data transmission and serial device configurations between the connected Local and Remote Units, such as POS, Barcode Scanners, Card Readers, Touch screens….as well.
